When he was seventeen he went to the University of Ingolstadt to study natural philosophy and chemistry. Victor was very fascinated with the human frame and one day he created a monster made of human corpse pieces. After he brought the monster to life he was so horrified that he leaved the apartment but when he came back the monster was gone.

Viktor was sick for months while his friend Henry Clerval took care of him.

Victor returned to Geneva because his little brother William is murdered! When Victor arrives in Geneva he sees the monster, so he knows the monster killed his little brother. But the monster wasn’t blamed of murder, Justine was blamed and executed.

After the death of Justine he journeyed several days into the mountains. And when he arrives at the summit, he sees the monster. The monster tells him his story. He tells him that everyone is afraid of him and nobody loves him. That is why he wants Frankenstein to make a female monster for him. If he makes the female he will leave him alone, but if he don’t do that, the monster will kill his friends and family. Frankenstein agrees to the proposal and promised to make a female.

Victor leaves Geneva with Henry and went to Scotland to make another monster. In Scotland Victor decides to continue alone. He went to the north of Scotland, but just before he finishes, he destroys the second monster: he is afraid that the two will not love each other and will murder more people. The monster saw he broke his promise and said:

‘I go; but remember, I shall be with you on your wedding night.’

Viktor wanted to throw the pieces female monster in the sea, but after he did that in the middle of the night he fell in sleep in his boat. When Victor lands on a shore among Irish people, they blamed him of murdering Henry, who has been found dead. He's acquitted, but not before another long illness.

Victor returned to Geneva and prepared to marry Elizabeth, but he was a little worried: the monster has sworn to be with him on his wedding night. The night of their marriage, Victor was haunted by the monster's words, convinced he will have to battle his creation. However, the monster kills Elizabeth when Victor least expects it. Weeks later his father died too, because he was so unhappy.

Alone and bent on revenge, Victor chases the monster over all imaginable terrain until death. This is how he ends up on the North Pole. Viktor finds Walton's ship, tells his story, and dies. The monster came to the boat after he died to say ‘goodbye’, he left the boat and disappeared for ever.
